    MeWe CoInspect includes an administrator application for managers (browser-based) and a mobile application for inspectors (accessible via iPhone or browser). To get started, import your properties, checklists, and users into the administration application. Our flexible database supports any raw format (csv, xls, etc.). Properties, checklists, and users can also be created within the administrator application.

    MeWe CoInspect includes access to hundreds of quality and safety checklists made by legal experts. Customize these checklists as necessary or create new checklists via the administration application. CoInspect's checklist editor offers rich customization options, including: scoring, conditional navigation, and photo reference materials.

    Managers can schedule individual or recurring inspections via the administration application. Inspectors can also assign themselves inspections via the mobile application if desired.

    Inspectors can conduct their inspections anywhere on the planet. Inspections are continuously saved on the iPhone and are available offline. Inspectors can also attach notes or images to support their decisions. Inspection results are automatically compiled to PDF reports which can be e-mailed via the iPhone application or downloaded via the administration application.

    Using the administrator application, Managers can monitor inspector progress in real-time. Managers can also make changes to reports by over-ruling or approving decisions made by inspectors. With CoInspect's powerful dashboard tools, managers can quickly determine inspection trends and inspector performance. Finally, managers can export individual or batch inspections in CSV or XLSX to integrate CoInspect data with other platforms.

    We are looking for an exceptional Sales Representative to communicate the value proposition of the MeWe CoInspect application to businesses in the food retail, service, and manufacturing industries. Develop customer opportunities by prospecting, qualifying and closing new business, working in tandem with a Sales Manager in the latter stages of the sales cycle to close.

    • The focus is on selling to the food retail, service, and manufacturing markets. You will source, prospect, qualify and help sign profitable deals with our customers.
    • Understand potential customers’ business needs and effectively communicate how the MeWe CoInspect application will meet those needs
    • Take responsibility for all aspects of the sales cycle, with emphasis on lead qualification and opportunity identification, and team with management to close customers with deals that are accretive to the bottom line of the company

    We are looking for an entrepreneurial, hands-on Marketing Associate who can do everything from develop and email marketing campaign to write and test the copy and content for it. Focusing on our customer base across the food, hospitality and retail industries, your responsibilities will range from building email campaigns to bring new companies on board, to developing materials to support our sales team, to developing and executing innovative promotions, all with a plan for measuring, evaluating and then building on success.

    • Manage the execution of automated and direct marketing programs
    • Utilize online systems like, Marketo, Podio and other tools in the execution of these programs
    • Coordinate and onsite customer events

    • A minimum of 4 years work experience in marketing, particularly online direct marketing (ideally 2+ years in tech marketing)
